  True Constrained Layer Damping (CLD)

  At the heart of the Double B+™ is an internal Viscoelastic core. Sandwiched between two independent 3" solid hardwood platforms, this elastomer creates an acoustic impedance barrier that converts mechanical vibration, 60 Hz/120 Hz power supply hum, and microphonic floor resonance into dissipated heat before it can reach your audio signal.
